As an expert mentor and programme facilitator within the EU InvestMED initiative, Francesco worked alongside LUMSA University to build entrepreneurial capacity in underserved innovation ecosystems across the Southern Mediterranean Neighbourhood, delivering individual and group mentoring to 21 SDG-driven SMEs, contributing to programme design, and reporting to EU funders.
WHAT I DID
Programme Design & Facilitation
Contributed to the structure of the EU InvestMED programme in collaboration with LUMSA University: workshop design, assessment frameworks, and reporting to EU funders.
Expert Evaluation
Assessed SME progress across multiple cohort milestones, providing structured feedback aligned with EU programme KPIs and the SDG framework, ensuring accountability and measurable impact.
